Do I really need a reason why I feel the way that I feel

Maybe so, maybe not, but it still feels real

I told you that you deserve nothing but the best, and that won't ever change

So just tell me what I have to do to prove to you that I can be more than just a name

It might seem as if my feelings for you arose out of the blue

But just know that every single word written on this page is only for you

You're such an easy person to talk to, I can't believe I told you half of the things that I have and haven't done

I just can't let another beautiful woman like yourself pass me by and wish there was something more that I could've done

I only have one simple request at this point in time

Just weigh the possibility of there being a you and I

We haven't had many conversations, but the few that we had opened my eyes wider

Why should you settle for a dull lit light when you can have something much brighter
